Yesterday afternoon, Royal Canadian Mounted Police Traffic Services Unit partnered with the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary to conduct traffic enforcement on the TCH near Paddy's Pond.
Thirty-three summary offence tickets were issued over a three-hour period with the majority being for speeding. One vehicle was impounded and its driver had their licence suspended for driving more than 51 kms/hr above the posted speed limit.
