On August 2, 2019, Springdale RCMP responded to a complaint of break, enter and theft at the Municipal Building-Fire Hall in King's Point. Sometime during the evening of August 1, 2019, suspects entered the building and stole a number of items, including a large television, fire equipment from fire trucks parked in the building, and a cash box with an undisclosed amount of money.
The investigation is continuing.
