Just before midnight last night, Eskasoni RCMP responded to a 911 call of an unknown emergency at a residence on Mini Mall Dr. A 33-year-old man was found unresponsive and suffering from life-threatening injuries. EHS performed CPR but the man was later pronounced deceased at the scene.
Two males were taken in custody at the scene. The investigation is ongoing and is being conducted by the RCMP Northeast Nova Major Crimes Unit and RCMP Eskasoni Detachment.
