RCMP asking for public’s help following break and enter at tree farm

The West District RCMP is investigating a break and enter at a tree farm in Cardigan, N.B. and is asking the public for help identifying the suspect or suspects responsible.

Sometime between March 11 and March 18, 2019, someone broke into two outbuildings at the Cardigan Tree Farm on Route 620 in Cardigan, northwest of Fredericton.

Once inside, numerous tools including a welder and generator were loaded into the bucket of a tractor. An attempt was made to steal the tractor and the tools. The suspect or suspects were unsuccessful and fled the scene.
