NT RCMP ICE Unit lays child pornography charges

The NT RCMP Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) charged a 21-year-old man from Fort Good Hope with child pornography offences.

On October 23rd, 2019, the ICE Unit, with the assistance of G Division Major Crime Unit and Fort Good Hope RCMP, executed a search warrant for electronic devices at a residence.

As a result of the investigation, Kenny Shae Jr, a 21-year-old man from Fort Good Hope, has been charged with one count of Transmitting child pornography and one count of Making available child pornography Sec 163.1(3) cc.

Kenny Shae Jr has been released on strict conditions and is scheduled to appear in court in Fort Good Hope on December 11th, 2019.
