A 22-year-old man from Moncton has died as the result of a two-vehicle collision.
Around 6:30 a.m. on September 11, 2019, the Richibucto RCMP responded to a call of a collision between a southbound tow truck and a northbound transport truck on Highway 11 in Kouchibouguac, N.B.
The 22-year-old driver and sole occupant of the tow truck died at the scene. The driver of the transport truck was not injured.
The collision is believed to have occurred when the tow truck crossed the centre line and collided with the rear of the transport truck. It was raining at the time of the collision.
The incident is still under investigation.
