Help RCMP solve tool theft from construction site

Halifax District RCMP is requesting public help to solve a theft of tools from a construction site in Cole Harbour that happened between 7 and 7:30 a.m. yesterday morning.

At approximately 7:30 a.m., a person noticed that tools were missing from the container they had been stored in. The tools were seen at 7 a.m. that same morning.

Items missing include a gasoline GX160 Mikasa Tamper, a 14 inch H760 Husqvarna cut off saw and a yellow and black Wacker jumping jack.

Police would like to speak to a man seen in the area at the time of the incident. He is described as a black man with a lighter complexion, in his 20s to 30s. He was wearing an orange vest and driving an older black GMC 2500 (2005 to 2010). The vehicle is described as having small amber light on the roof and the driver's door handle broken off.
