Police investigating fire at warehouse in Grand Falls-Windsor

On August 2, 2018, at approximately 10:35 p.m., Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP responded to a fire at the former Scotsburn warehouse on Hardy Avenue in Grand Falls-Windsor.

Grand Falls-Windsor Fire Department, RCMP, Police Dog Services and Municipal Police attended the scene. Damage was limited to a wooden equipment shelter adjacent to the vacant warehouse and an exterior wall of the warehouse.

Police suspect arson and are asking the public to check any video surveillance they may have. The investigation is continuing.
