The Northeast District RCMP is renewing its calls for the public's help in locating a missing 59-year-old Campbellton man.

Lawrence Caissie was last seen leaving the Campbellton Regional Hospital on January 4, 2018. He was reported missing to police the next day. At the time, it was believed he may have been attempting to travel to Hamilton, Ontario. So far, police have not been able to locate him.

"We are concerned because Mr. Caissie has health issues, and has not been seen nor heard from in some time now," says Cst. Caroline Dinel of the Northeast District RCMP Campbellton Detachment. "As the snow melts, we are hoping we may find more clues that can help us locate him."

Lawrence Caissie is described as 5'4" tall, weighing approximately 160 lbs, with mid-length dark brown hair, brown eyes, a brown and grey beard and mustache.

Anyone who may have seen Lawrence Caissie since January 4, 2018, or who may have information on his whereabouts, is asked to contact the Northeast District RCMP Campbellton Detachment at 506-789-6000.
