A man has been arrested following the execution of a search warrant at a home on Elsipogtog First Nation.
On February 15, 2018, members of the Southeast District RCMP Elsipogtog detachment and the Southeast RCMP Crime Reduction Unit executed a search warrant at a home on Elsipogtog First Nation. A quantity of what are believed to be methamphetamine tablets and hydromorphone pills were seized.
A 34-year-old man from Elsipogtog First Nation, was arrested and later released. He is scheduled to appear in Moncton Provincial Court on May 22, 2018.
The investigation is ongoing.
