Crime Stoppers, the Northeast District RCMP and the New Brunswick RCMP's Major Crime Unit, are looking for information regarding the death of a 77 year old man from Dawsonville, New Brunswick.

On January 9, 2016, shortly before 12:30 p.m. the Campbellton RCMP were called to a residence on Restigouche road in Dawsonville. The body of Emerson Main, was found inside his home. An autopsy was conducted and those results have led police to believe Mr. Main's death was a homicide. There have been no arrests made at this time and police are continuing their investigation
