Codiac RCMP asking for public’s help in relation to a stabbing

The Codiac Regional RCMP are asking for the public's help in relation to a stabbing that occurred in Moncton, N.B.

On February 26, 2018, shortly before 1 a.m., police responded to a report of a man who was stabbed. A man in his 20s was taken to hospital where he is being treated for serious, but non-life threatening injuries. The man remains in hospital.

It is believe the man was attacked outside by four unknown men between the 1200 and 1300 block of Mountain Road.

The investigation is continuing.

Police are asking that anyone who may have been around the area of Mountain Road at the time of the incident or who may have witnessed the assault is asked to call the Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400.
