Clarenville RCMP investigating armed robbery at Irving gas station on TCH

At approximately 5:30 a.m. on January 2, 2018, Clarenville RCMP responded to a complaint of an armed robbery at the Irving gas station on the TCH in Clarenville.

The male suspect entered the gas station with his face covered and holding a weapon. He fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries.

Police are asking for anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has information that could aid this investigation to please call the Clarenville RCMP at 709-466-3211.
