Yellowknife RCMP have laid a third charge in relation to an alleged sexual assault.
Yellowknife RCMP received a complaint of sexual assault on July 13. The incident is alleged to have taken place in May 2017. The date and area of the incident is not being released to protect the victim.
Yellowknife RCMP have charged Peter Tsetta, 48 years old of Yellowknife, with Sexual Assault CC S.271.
This is the third charge of alleged sexual assault laid against Peter Tsetta. Two previous complaints resulted in charges for incidents in March and June of 2017.
Tsetta remains in custody. He is scheduled to appear before the Territorial Court on August 4.
