Just prior to 10 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1, Yarmouth Rural RCMP responded to a collision between two ATVs on the Boyd Rd.
The driver of one of the ATVs, a 30-year-old man from Yarmouth County, succumbed to his injuries while in hospital.
Our thoughts are with the victim's family at this difficult time.
The investigation is ongoing.
