As previously reported, on Tuesday, August 1st, with followup on Wednesday, August 2nd, P.E.I. RCMP Major Crime Unit (MCU) reported on the investigation of Break, Enter and Assault incidents that had occurred on Saturday July 29th, 2017 (see previous information: rcmp-grc.ca/25019 ).
On Wednesday, August 2nd, Tyler Jay, Harrison Snow, Josh Jenkins, and Jacqulyn Richard appeared in Provincial Court in Summerside.
The three men were remanded in custody until their next court appearance for a plea, August 16th, 2017.
Jacqulyn Richard was released on condition of no contact with other charged subjects and no contact with witnesses and is scheduled to make a court appearance on August 17th, 2017 also for a plea.
