Two men have been charged with drug related offences after a search warrant was executed at a residence in Fords Mills, N.B.
On October 26, 2017, the Southeast District RCMP executed the search warrant at a home on Route 465. A search of the home resulted in the seizure of various amounts of what is believed to be cocaine, crack cocaine, hydromorphone, methamphetamine, marijuana as well as drug paraphernalia. Five long guns were also seized. Three people were arrested at the scene.
Wayne Hudson, a 65-year-old man from Fords Mills and Mark Patriquin, a 28-year-old man from Bluewater, Ontario, appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on October 26 and were both charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. Both men were remanded into custody and are scheduled to appear in Moncton Provincial Court on October 30. A 34-year-old woman was released on a promise to appear in Moncton Provincial Court on January 9, 2018.
The investigation is continuing.
