At approximately 2:30 this morning, Springdale RCMP attended a single vehicle collision between South Brook and Springdale Junction on the TCH.
A west-bound vehicle had left the road and rolled down over an embankment. The driver of the vehicle and lone occupant, a 29-year-old male was pronounced dead at the scene.
The local fire department was the first to respond to the scene. A RCMP Collision Analyst also attended the scene.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
