RCMP requesting public assistance to solve trailer thefts

Colchester District RCMP is requesting public assistance to solve two thefts from the driveway of a home in Bible Hill on June 11.

The trailers were taken from a driveway between 7:20 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. A white or silver Chevrolet pickup truck was seen on Main St. in Bible Hill, towing one of the trailers a short time later. The trailers are described as:

  • 2012 galvanized garbage trailer, NS plate: T398567, with steel mesh sideboards
  • 2004 white utility trailer, NS plate: T246544, 14 feet long with red and black writing on the sides: "Carden Construction Limited"

Colchester District RCMP is releasing surveillance photos of the truck that is believed to be involved in this incident. Police would like to speak to the driver of the truck.
