Just after 4:00 p.m. Friday, a man working in the woods reported to the RCMP that he found human remains in a wooded area near the 103 Highway. Lunenburg District RCMP and RCMP Police Dog Services responded.
The Nova Scotia Medical Examiner's Office are working to determine the person's identity.
Foul play is not suspected.
