Windsor District RCMP is investigating a break and enter in to a variety store and pizza shop.

Shortly after 4 a.m. on June 19, RCMP responded to an intrusion alarm at a business on Falmouth Back Rd. in Falmouth.

The initial investigation determined that two suspects entered the business and an out building on the property. It appears they were unsuccessful in their attempts to take anything.

RCMP are asking for the public's assistance with identifying the suspects who arrived at this location in a white, Volvo tractor trailer, with no sleeper or attached trailer. The tractor trailer was parked across from the business in a vacant lot. Upon departure, the surveillance video shows the tractor trailer leaving back towards Dyke Rd.

The first suspect is described as being medium build, wearing a black shirt, dark shorts with a vertical light coloured wide strip down the side, work boots and carrying a gym bag. The second suspect is described as wearing a black hoodie with a logo on front and back, wearing work boots and a white mask.

Anyone with information about these incidents is asked to contact the Windsor District RCMP at 902-798-8366. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you can also contact Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or text TIP202 + your message to 'CRIMES' (274637) or submit tips by Secure Web Tips at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca. Calls to Crime Stoppers are not taped or traced and if police make an arrest and lay charges based on a tip, callers qualify for a cash award.

The investigation is ongoing.
