The members of Prince District Joint Forces Operation Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in Wellington on September 21st, 2017. Police arrested 67 year-old female and a 72 year-old male inside the residence. During the search police seized a large quantity of money, cocaine, methamphetamine, and cannabis with an estimated street value in excess of three thousand dollars. The pair will appear in Summerside court at a later date.
Prince District Joint Forces Operation Unit is comprised of members of the RCMP, Summerside Police Service, and Kensington Police.
