Update: Michael Phillip Vitello will not be appearing in Moncton Provincial Court on December 11 as previously mentioned. He will be turned over to authorities in Ontario.
The Codiac Regional RCMP arrested a 47-year-old Ontario man on a Canada-wide warrant.
Michael Phillip Vitello of Ottawa was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, among other charges. He was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching three conditions of a recognizance.
