27-year-old Issac Moffat-Swasson of Listuguj First Nation in Quebec, who was unlawfully at large was arrested on October 13, 2017, in Campbellton, N.B.
Police from the Campbellton RCMP located and arrested Moffat-Swasson at approximately 9 p.m., after receiving information from the public that he had been seen in the Campbellton area. He was arrested without incident and has been remanded into custody.
