Man sought in connection with firearms incident

The Richibucto RCMP is seeking the public's assistance in locating a man involved in a firearms incident on July 7, 2017, in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, N.B.

Police were called to a home on Chemin Saint-Pierre around 10:30 a.m. following a complaint regarding a man who came up to the residence, opened a window, and pointed a firearm at a person inside the home. When RCMP arrived the man involved had already left.

Police are looking for a man described as Caucasian, English-speaking, and was wearing a plaid short sleeved shirt and sunglasses. It is believed he may have left the area in a vehicle.

Anyone with information on the incident or who may have been in the area of Chemin Saint-Pierre around 10:30 a.m. is asked to call the Richibucto RCMP detachment at 523-4611.
