A 31-year-old man from Grand Falls-Windsor wanted on a warrant has been charged in connection with an incident involving an imitation handgun.
On September 13, 2017, around 3 p.m., Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP General Investigative Service Unit arrested a man on a warrant for assault and administering a noxious substance. During the arrest, police seized an imitation handgun and a balaclava.
Adam Angus Waterman of Grand Falls-Windsor appeared in court on September 14, 2017, and was charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to public peace, resisting or obstructing a police officer, two counts of breach of probation and two counts of breach of an undertaking. He was remanded pending a future court appearance.
