Harbour Grace RCMP charge three people with break and enter/assault in Victoria

On September 3, 2017, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Harbour Grace RCMP responded to a report of a break and enter and assault at a home in Victoria, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Two occupants of the home and two of the three men arrested sustained non-life threatening injuries and were taken to hospital. All were treated and later released.

Fifty-six-year-old Rocky Nicholson, fifty-year-old Paul Hanlon, and twenty-seven-year-old Jordan Aubie were arrested, and are being held in custody. All three have been charged with numerous offences including break and enter with intent, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and wearing a disguise with intent. Nicholson, Hanlon and Aubie are scheduled to appear in court later today, September 5, 2017.

This matter remains under investigation.
