Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP investigating bomb threat at Royal Bank

At approximately 10:30 a.m. this morning, Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP received a call of a bomb threat at the Royal Bank on Grenfell Street. The bank was immediately evacuated of all employees and customers.

Happy Valley-Goose Bay officers immediately attended the scene and established a security perimeter around the area. A search of the bank was conducted, however no suspicious packages were found.

The investigating is continuing.
