On April 30th, 2017 just before 5pm the Queens District RCMP responded to a single vehicle collision on Route 1, Stratford, PEI.
The motorcycle was travelling north on Route 1 when it lost control and left the roadway. The driver and lone occupant of the motorcycle, A 24 year old man from New Haven lost his life as a result of this collision.
RCMP Collision Analyst was called to the scene. A portion of Route 1 was closed while Police gathered evidence in order to determine the cause of the collision. Route 1 has been reopened at this time.
