Burin Peninsula RCMP investigating break, enter and theft at St. Lawrence fire department

On October 22, 2017, Burin Peninsula RCMP responded to a complaint of a break and enter at the fire department in St. Lawrence.

Sometime between Thursday, October 19, 2017, and Sunday October 22, the suspect(s) gained entry into the fire hall through a back door and stole an undisclosed amount of money.

Bay St. George RCMP are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible for this crime. Anyone with information about this incident, or who may have seen suspicious behaviour in the area, is asked to contact the Bay St. George RCMP at 709-279-3001.
