On March 3, 2017, at approximately 9:15 p.m., Kings District RCMP responded to a complaint of a break and enter in the Belfast area. The owner reported he had left his residence at approximately 2:30 that afternoon and returned home at 9:00 p.m. Once returning to the property, he observed that someone had pried open his back door and entered his residence. The culprits stole $425 and left the area.
