Update

Yellowknife NT, March 30, 2017- The Northwest Territories RCMP have the individual in custody.

After issuing a public request for assistance in locating an individual who had warrants for arrest issued, the RCMP has taken him into custody.

The individual had charges sworn before the courts, without his presence. After several attempts to locate and arrest him, the RCMP made the decision to advise the public and request their assistance.

Although the public request did not generate the lead to bring him into custody, it is appreciated that the public was made aware through our media outlets.

Thank you to the media and citizens of Yellowknife.

Peter Tsetta will appear before the courts within the next two days.
