The 25-year-old Moncton man charged with second degree murder in connection with the death of Rodney Perry will appear in Moncton Provincial Court on January 30, 2017.
Jesse James Perry-Belliveau is scheduled to appear at 1:30 p.m. He was arrested without incident in Memramcook on January 27.
Rodney Perry, 47, was discovered in his car on January 24, 2017, after police responded to a complaint of a fight on Elmwood Drive. Perry had been stabbed and crashed his car on Stone Ave. He was later pronounced dead in hospital.
Kimberly Cormier, 45, was also arrested in connection with Perry's death. She has been remanded into custody and her next court appearance is scheduled for March 16, 2017.
