Nova Scotia RCMP invites media to attend an interactive event to promote snowmobile safety and provide information about the Off Highway Vehicle Act and how it applies on the trails.
When: Friday, February 24, 2017 at 11 a.m.
Who: RCMP Northern Traffic Services, Colchester District RCMP, Provincial Conservation Officers of Nova Scotia Environment, Snowmobile Association of Nova Scotia (SANS) and the Fundy Snowmobile Club
Where: Groomed snowmobile trail at the Fundy Trail Snowmobile Club, 256 Hwy 4, Folly Lake, Nova Scotia
Media will have an opportunity to experience a ride with a snowmobile enthusiast, take photos and ask questions. Helmets will be available and winter appropriate dress is required.
