Codiac RCMP investigating armed bank robbery

The Codiac Regional RCMP is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the CIBC, located at 655 Mountain Road in Moncton, N.B.

Police responded to the bank at approximately 11:40 a.m. on January 23, 2017.

A man approached a bank teller saying he had a weapon and demanded cash.

The man is believed to be between 25 and 30 years old, was approximately 6' tall and had a medium build. He had a reddish coloured beard and was wearing a hat.

The man fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
