A 61-year-old Oromocto man is facing one charge in connection with possessing images of child sexual abuse.
On December 20, 2016, the RCMP New Brunswick Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit executed a search warrant at the man's home in Oromocto. The man was arrested at the scene and later released on conditions.
David Pugh appeared in Burton Provincial Court on February 20, 2017, where he was charged with one count of possessing child pornography.
The court has released Pugh on conditions and he is scheduled to return to court on March 20, 2017.
