Bay St. George RCMP have arrested a 38-year-old Stephenville Crossing man following a traffic stop early this morning.
Police stopped the vehicle shortly after 2:00 a.m. and determined the driver to be impaired.
Charges of refusing to provide a breath sample, driving while prohibited and breaches of a court order are pending.
He is scheduled to appear in Stephenville Provincial Court on May 1, 2017.
