 Some of the stolen items recovered

The Southeast RCMP has arrested two people in connection with a break and enter at a jewellery store in Bouctouche, on March 5, 2017.

The suspects were arrested during the execution of a search warrant at a motel on the Homestead Rd. in Lutes Mountain on March 8. A large amount of stolen property was recovered, including jewellery, an SUV, and cigarettes. A loaded firearm was also seized during the search.

Twenty-seven-year-old Justin Roberts and 27-year-old Ashel Tamie Lynn Ward were charged with break, enter and theft on March 9 in Moncton Provincial Court. Both remain in custody and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date. The investigation is continuing.
