  • Place one table per horse or barrier
  • 36 (8' x 12') stall are required to receive Musical Ride horses

Construction of a Temporary Arena Stall

Construction of a temporary arena stall
  • Dimensions of stall: 8 feet wide x 12 feet long x 12 inches deep
  • *Extra shavings/straw will be required to maintain the bedding during the musical rides stay
  • 12" total in bedding
  • 4" x 6" of plastic to be taped along boards and floor to prevent dirt and shavings from accumulating under the floor boards (plastic is not required for the entire floor surface)
  • Bedding Combinations
    • 12" of shavings
    • 6" of dirt/sand covered with 6" of shavings
    • 6" of dirt/sand covered with 6" of straw

  • To be cordoned off by host organizer with rope or solid banners
  • VIP Seating (seating to be discussed with the pre-tour planner)
  • 1/4 Markers are placed by the Musical Ride 2 hours prior to the performance
  • 10 feet safety zone between the markers and the exterior borders
  • 15' opening for the entrance door
