Performance Summary

National Police Services continues to improve its various technologies, such as the Child Exploitation Tracking System (CETS) and Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC), to provide enhanced and responsive services to its clients. For example, CETS now holds information on over 7,000 investigations and is used at 41 locations.

CISC client satisfaction surveys are incorporated into each of CISC’s products. The target represents an average of all of the returned surveys in 2008 (total number of returned surveys was 71)

Not Met; As of March 31, 2009, there were 553,564 files in the criminal record backlog.
