The Royal Canadian Mounted Police: cherished icon of Canada, a source of national identity and pride. For over 130 years, the RCMP has worked to “Maintiens le Droit” (“Maintain the Right”), earning a sterling reputation worldwide for front line and specialized policing. 

In addition to policing 75 per cent of the country’s land mass, the RCMP carries out a myriad of specialized policing activities­‑‑ counter-terrorism, forensics, emergency response, and fighting economic crime among others. It partners with everyone from local police forces, to Scotland Yard. No wonder then, that the RCMP is an organization teeming with compelling  stories, many of which are never made public.
