In the United States, the Musical Ride:

• tour is 100% cost recovery, excluding salary costs;
• extends its annual tour by traveling to approximately 4 venues;
• visits large venues with substantial attendance, such as, fairs, exhibitions, agricultural shows, competitions, festivals, etc.
• tours in support of the Government of Canada and promotes its tourism objectives;
• tours are designed to make optimum use of the members' work schedule, however, the host will be responsible for any overtime costs.

A pre-tour site inspection and meeting will be conducted at the cost of the host. An estimate will be provided, however, basic daily costs are approximately $10,000 per day.
