Steps to capture and copy Message Source (full Internet headers) information, in Outlook Express 4,5 and 6:

• Open the e-mail message
• Click File menu
• Click Properties
• Click the Details tab
• Click Message Source button
• Highlight, copy and paste contents.

• CTRL+F3 (open Message Source Window)
• CTRL+A (select all)
• CTRL+C (copy)
• CTRL+V (paste)
